In the early part of today youths and resident of Port Harcourt, diobu axis started a protest, them dey vex because of the way the PHED have been supplying power, and  the bills are outrageous,  similar events had taken place in Agip mile 4, Eagle Island areas of Port harcourt.

















The protesters dey carry the matter go PHED wey dey Ikwerre road, and many people living in that part of town seem to be interested in the protest as the numbers of protesters grew.
